Refund policy

Before posting begins

Cancel any time before we start posting for a full refund. Email chris@ssaff.co or message the team from your order page.

Posts we can't deliver

If we are unable to publish some or all of your posts within 5 business days of the scheduled start, the undelivered posts are refunded to your original payment method automatically.

Delivered posts

Once a post is live, its fee is not refundable. If Craigslist removes it within 7 days of going live, we repost it once at no charge instead.

Declined ads

Ads we decline for content reasons are refunded in full before any posting takes place.

Timing

Refunds return to the original card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
